Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage the consolidation of multiple payment gateways into a single platform, requiring strong expertise in the USA Payments domain and hands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, and data process flows while collaborating with technical teams throughout the SDLC
- Provide functional expertise in the US Payment landscape, focusing on gateway processing and supporting migration and UAT planning
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Deep knowledge of the USA Payment landscape and strong experience with TSYS acquiring platforms
- Technical background in SQL, API, system integrations, and data analysis
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
- Ability to maintain at least six hours of daily working-hour overlap with North American business hours
