Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the M3P program remotely, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage client configuration processes, coordinate project execution, and ensure operational readiness for enhancements and releases.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management and execution of Client Configuration processes, including issue resolution and stakeholder coordination
• Provide project coordination support across multiple initiatives, including action item tracking and status reporting
• Coordinate business testing for enhancements and participate in release readiness activities, ensuring operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, program management, or capability management
• 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, and business stakeholders
• 3+ years demonstrated success in developing business requirements
• 1+ years of experience supporting government programs or other regulated programs
