Job Summary
Acting as a liaison between customers and their data, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will engineer better workflows from project inception to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Read and convert external client files into standardized output formats while verifying completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with Project Managers and customer support to ensure graphics and designs align with customer requirements

Required qualifications
