Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Analyst will assist in supporting the life cycle of the CCWIS and CCMS projects by performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and managing user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define risk mitigation strategies and ensure project success
• Develop future-state business process models to address challenges and opportunities
• Create clear functional and technical requirements for solution planning and oversee user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in developing graphic representations of complex business processes
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Advanced skills in customer interaction and communication across various business levels
• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements analysis
