Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a global regulatory transformation initiative, the remote Senior Business Analyst will partner with Regulatory Affairs and Operations to facilitate requirements gathering, document business processes, and drive project delivery efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process flows
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or life sciences environments
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations processes
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
- Hands-on experience with system implementations and technology initiatives
- Experience with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms is preferred
