Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Business Analyst will manage the consolidation of multiple payment gateways into a single platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing expertise in the USA Payments domain, particularly with TSYS card acquiring platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and data process flows
- Support migration and UAT planning, ensuring requirements are covered through functional and integration testing
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Deep expertise in the USA Payments domain and strong knowledge of TSYS card acquiring platforms
- Experience with payment platform migrations and working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
- Technical background in SQL, API, system integrations, and data analysis
- Ability to maintain at least six hours of daily overlap with North American business hours
