Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will provide business analysis services, collaborate with business units to understand their strategies and processes, and manage multiple projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project documentation and manage project scope, schedules, and relationships with stakeholders
• Conduct business and systems process analysis to facilitate process design changes and ensure data quality
• Produce project analysis documentation including business requirements, use cases, and UAT plans

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or business analyst roles
• Expertise in business tools and systems administration, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with commercial and analytics tools such as SFDC, Tableau, or similar preferred
• Proven track record of high performance in demanding environments, ideally with exposure to public companies
