Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the ongoing management and maturity of the Service Assistant platform, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will lead process discovery, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Leading process and workflow discovery to identify current-state activities and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and maintaining documentation such as process maps, user journeys, and operating procedures
- Managing a vendor-provided SaaS platform and supporting ongoing operations and maintenance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process management, or related fields
- Strong experience with process mapping and workflow discovery in complex technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Experience establishing and improving operating processes and team practices
- Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and/or Python, for translating insights into product decisions
