Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare insurance organization, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and manage business requirements, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for complex projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Experience in gathering and managing business and functional requirements for complex projects
- Strong background in business process analysis and workflow mapping
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies including process mapping and use case development
