Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Client Experience initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead analysis for medium to complex projects across the mortgage loan lifecycle, driving work from discovery through delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business problems, project objectives, and success criteria
• Independently lead discovery and requirements elicitation, identifying underlying business needs and impacts
• Develop clear and testable business, functional, and system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience
• Minimum six years of experience, preferably in mortgage lending or consumer lending technology
• Experience in an Agile setting, managing backlog and collaborating on epics and user stories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to streamline complex work processes
• Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Jira, with the ability to write simple SQL queries
