Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare clients in enhancing their operations, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a team of analysts, serve as a liaison between stakeholders, and develop business specifications for technical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team and provide guidance to new members
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for technical projects
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes and technology capabilities supporting client objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a preference for Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Proficiency in gathering and managing business requirements, data mapping, and validation activities
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data warehouse and reporting environments
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
