Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst with expertise in UiPath to work remotely, leading requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades
- Define sub-domain scope, map business processes to source systems, and establish systems of record
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scope, running UAT with business SMEs, and securing sign-off
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in the Healthcare Payer domain
- Mandatory experience with UiPath
- Proven ability to elicit requirements for automation initiatives and convert them into technical specifications
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL and experience in Tableau/PowerBI
