Job Summary
To enhance business processes and systems, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will develop, research, test, and implement improvements while utilizing advanced analysis skills to support management in strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead teams in identifying and implementing business process improvements and system changes
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate business impacts and document stakeholder requirements
- Provide mentorship on requirements methodology and assist in user acceptance testing and change management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and financial/risk analysis
- 4+ years of experience with business process analytics using tools such as Excel and flowcharting
- Demonstrated ability to document and present solutions effectively
- Thorough understanding of project planning techniques and methodologies
