Job Summary
Supporting the global product master data program, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder engagement to enhance product master data processes and improve efficiency and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for product master data workstreams and define future-state workflows
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance usability and data governance
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and support delivery readiness activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- At least 3 years of experience in process transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE
- Strong skills in developing presentations using PowerPoint and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel
