Job Summary
To support pharmaceutical commercialization initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams, managing project delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring high-quality data engineering solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for data engineering projects
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate Agile delivery using JIRA, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology or data initiatives
- Strong experience managing multiple projects within Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for Agile delivery and project management
- Solid understanding of Data Engineering concepts including ETL/ELT and data warehousing
