Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced data analytics for multiuse facilities construction projects, the full-time PMO Senior Business Analyst will create and maintain PMO reports, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and act as a subject matter expert while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain PMO reports, including scheduling, budget, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project implementation and process improvements
• Review and validate information accuracy, addressing requests from management and project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in data analytics for risk evaluation, scheduling, and budget reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboards
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to apply existing procedures to solve slightly complex problems and analyze solutions using technical judgment
