Job Summary
Embedding in one or more assigned business functions, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to automate workflows, document current processes, and translate identified pain points into actionable solutions for AI implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Build deep knowledge of assigned business functions to identify automation opportunities using AI
- Document current-state processes and create a prioritized backlog of solution briefs for development
- Develop business cases including ROI estimates and risk assessments to support investment decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prior experience in an AI Center of Excellence preferred
- Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred
