Job Summary
To support the evaluation of AI capabilities and their business impact, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis for AI Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) initiatives remotely, collaborating with various stakeholders to define problems, establish success criteria, and evaluate results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and intake for AI opportunities, defining business problems and intended outcomes
- Develop POC and POV charters that establish scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria
- Evaluate expected versus observed results and prepare decision-ready evidence packages for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, life sciences, or a related field, with at least seven years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting requirements and mapping workflows
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data concepts
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work across various initiatives effectively
- Experience in clinical research or regulated environments is preferred
