Job Summary
Leading customer implementations remotely, the full-time Senior Lead Business Analyst will manage the business analysis for the Majesco Loss Control platform, translating complex business needs into clear requirements and guiding clients through the deployment process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to document current and future state processes related to loss control and underwriting workflows
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams
- Own the scope at the requirement level, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work and managing deviations effectively
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role on enterprise software implementations, preferably in insurance
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, including underwriting and loss control
- Experience configuring or directing the configuration of highly configurable SaaS platforms
- Understanding of REST and SOAP web services as they relate to integrations and software delivery
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
