Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and in-depth business knowledge, the full-time Senior Business Technical Analyst will translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment business requirements into technical solutions, while working remotely to enhance business applications and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation, partnering with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Acts as a subject matter expert to analyze requirements and improve existing business systems, implementing scalable solutions using SAS and Snowflake technologies
- Creates robust database solutions by integrating complex healthcare datasets and modernizing legacy SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake architecture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis
- 4+ years of experience in SQL and Snowflake
- Knowledge of Databricks and SAS
- Experience in healthcare data integration and regulatory compliance
- Ability to document development requirements and conduct system analysis meetings
