Job Summary
To support the consolidation of multiple payment gateways into a single target platform, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely, focusing on requirement elicitation, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while leveraging expertise in the USA Payments domain and TSYS card acquiring platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data process flows to facilitate technical team collaboration
- Manage requirements at the Program level, ensuring alignment across development, testing, and migration processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- Deep expertise in the USA Payments domain, including regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms
- Technical background in SQL, API, and system integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
