Job Summary
Managing the development and maintenance of clinical letter templates, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create and modify templates using an enterprise letter-generation platform, and ensure compliance and functionality in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests for new and modified letter templates, adhering to change management procedures
- Collaborate with business partners to define letter requirements and develop appropriate template designs
- Conduct thorough testing of templates to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation
- At least 2 years of experience with enterprise letter composition platforms
- Experience in developing, modifying, and testing letter templates
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
