Senior Business Analyst, AI & Automation
Job Summary
To enhance business processes through automation and AI, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst, AI & Automation will identify improvement opportunities, lead business analysis activities across the automation lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate business process improvement opportunities using AI and automation technologies
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle of automation opportunities, including requirements definition, design collaboration, and deployment support
- Build consultative relationships with business unit executives to facilitate discovery workshops and educate stakeholders on AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation
- 4+ years of experience supporting Robotic Process Automation or AI-enabled business solutions
- Demonstrated experience with process modeling, requirements elicitation, and User Acceptance Testing documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and systems development lifecycle practices
