Senior Business Analyst - Finance
Job Summary
Collaborating with senior leadership, the remote Senior Technical Business Analyst - Finance will analyze business processes, design technical solutions, and optimize Oracle systems while driving innovation across financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth reviews of business and IT processes to gather client requirements and produce functional and technical design documents
- Identify underlying causes of business challenges and apply best-practice solutions through influencing and change management techniques
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, manage system upgrades, and develop AI-enabled solutions using modern Oracle tools
Required qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Oracle, leading requirements and process workshops independently
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Functional and Technical Design Documents
- 2+ years of experience supporting and managing Oracle EBS (R12 preferred, 11i acceptable)
- Experience with 2+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle SaaS Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
