Job Summary
To support enterprise transformation efforts, the remote Senior Functional Business Analyst - IT Infrastructure & Security Focused will analyze business objectives, gather requirements, and facilitate stakeholder engagement while driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives and stakeholder needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management activities to support successful technology adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, information technology, security, or digital transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Organizational Change Management certifications or experience are strongly preferred
