Job Summary
To support a growing project, the full-time Senior Business Analyst or QA Lead will facilitate requirements gathering, document complex financial calculations, and develop test strategies while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and document functional and business requirements
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and validate system functionality against approved requirements
- Support UAT activities and manage defect resolution and retesting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with configurable Business Rules Engines or rules-driven systems
- 5+ years of structured software testing experience
- 4+ years of experience in requirements gathering involving financial calculations or payment rules
- Experience developing test cases and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar requirements/defect management tools
