Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing mortgage lending operation, the full-time Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business teams and the internal technical development team for the Encompass loan origination system, focusing on process improvement and project management, with options for remote work available.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to gather and refine business and functional requirements for Encompass enhancements and related technology initiatives
- Manage projects from initial discovery through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review while tracking progress across ongoing projects
- Evaluate enhancement requests to identify dependencies and opportunities for process simplification, and facilitate user acceptance testing and change management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Encompass in a technical or analytical capacity
- Significant experience in business analysis, project management, or systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending workflows and the loan origination lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups
