Job Summary
Supporting a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation for a global pharmaceutical company, the freelance Senior Business Analyst Salesforce will work remotely to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales & Marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and CRM processes
- Gather and analyze requirements, identifying gaps between current processes and future LSC solutions
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and support backlog prioritization throughout the implementation
Required qualifications
- Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC)
- Experience supporting pharma Commercial Sales & Marketing functions
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
