Senior Business Analyst Trainer

Job Summary

Leading business analyses to align IT solutions with strategic goals, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst Trainer will oversee requirements validation, business process modeling, and documentation while mentoring junior team members and facilitating client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning, design, and recommendation of business processes to enhance key business areas
• Facilitates analysis and documentation of client business requirements, including detailed business process models
• Coordinates business analyst tasks across multiple IT projects and manages training material development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 9+ years of business analysis experience
• Proven experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows
• Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments
• Proficiency in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development
