Job Summary
To support the healthcare sector, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst - TX Licensed will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams while optimizing business processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, optimizing business processes to align with software capabilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on business needs and design
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and training materials to support development and user adoption
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Requirements Gathering, and Process Mapping
- 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Systems and US PBM Domain knowledge, with Medicaid experience as a plus
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior Analysts and Architects
- Familiarity with Large Corporate Matrixed Environments, with SSIS experience as a plus
