Senior Business Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the functional direction of complex enterprise CLM implementations, the full-time Senior CLM Business Consultant will translate business objectives into scalable solutions while serving as a trusted advisor in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise CLM implementations from discovery through go-live, adoption, and optimization
- Facilitate workshops to translate business objectives into clear requirements and measurable outcomes
- Advise customers on CLM best practices and guide decision-making to simplify complexity and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or enterprise SaaS services with substantial CLM delivery experience
- Proven leadership in multiple end-to-end enterprise CLM implementations involving complex stakeholders and integrations
- Expertise in Malbek or comparable CLM platforms, with strong knowledge of contracting processes across various functions
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers on integrations and data management
