Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Business Consultant will document business processes, oversee AI-generated requirements, and facilitate user acceptance testing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Document business processes and create user stories with acceptance criteria for testing
- Review AI-generated documentation for accuracy and build configuration according to design standards
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver training to ensure successful adoption of solutions
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in client-facing consulting roles
- Experience with Salesforce delivery, including requirements gathering and declarative builds
- Proven ability to facilitate user acceptance testing or business workshops
- Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in project delivery
