Job Summary
Leading the IBM Software Data & Automation portfolio, the full-time Senior Business Development Manager will define growth strategies, manage the portfolio lifecycle, and drive demand generation initiatives while collaborating with partners and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the portfolio business plan aligned with strategic priorities
- Manage the full portfolio lifecycle, including market analysis, pricing, and sales performance
- Recruit and develop channel partners while driving demand-generation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Three to five years of relevant experience in product management, business development, or B2B technology sales
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) for vendor communication and documentation
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise software, particularly in Data & AI or automation
- Strong knowledge of distribution models and pipeline management
