Job Summary
Providing high-level project support to the VP of Business Development, the full-time Senior Business Development Specialist will manage candidate screening, facilitate proposal recruiting meetings, and analyze business opportunity data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and create position requirements, acting as a liaison for candidate inquiries and commitments
- Compile and analyze business opportunity data to support business development efforts and inform bid strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain candidate pipelines and assist with proposal development and documentation
Required qualifications
- Eight years of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with proposal development and recruitment processes
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contract compliance
