Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a U.S. Department of State program, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will gather and document requirements, lead Agile processes as Scrum Master, and ensure successful testing and validation of enhancements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating with the IT Project Manager on sprint priorities
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, testable user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog
- Build and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and ensure documentation and training materials are up-to-date
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Hands-on experience with software or system testing, including functional and user acceptance testing
- Active Secret security clearance issued by DCSA, in place before work begins
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
