Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with product managers to quantify opportunity areas, conduct exploratory data analysis, and build measurement frameworks to track AI performance across various healthcare initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics and establish baselines before solution development
• Perform exploratory data analysis to support model development and ensure data quality
• Create and maintain measurement frameworks that evaluate AI performance and its clinical and operational impact

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience with Epic Clarity or Caboodle databases
• Demonstrated ability to build production-grade dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in healthcare settings with knowledge of clinical workflows and revenue cycle metrics
• Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, health administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
