Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and analyses for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key business metrics
• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue and operational data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to define data requirements and improve data quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or customer success
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and exceptional SQL skills for data querying and validation
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with go-to-market analyses
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics tools and experience within a SaaS B2B or B2G organization preferred
