Job Summary
Collaborating with central operational teams, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and develop analytical tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support core business disciplines such as Medical Expense Management and Quality Care Management, serving as a resource for colleagues and leaders
- Lead the development of dashboards and analyses, ensuring outputs meet the needs of various business stakeholders
- Analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights that influence business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including expertise with large, complex data sets
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau, specifically in building dashboards from end to end
- 1+ years of healthcare analytics experience with a strong understanding of healthcare data and workflows
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, preferably in a cloud computing environment like Snowflake
