Job Summary
Owning Power BI reporting and analytics for Digital's business, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build client-facing intelligence products, manage internal operational reporting, and monitor contact data health while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and client-facing stakeholders, ensuring visual clarity and usability
- Oversee a client-facing reporting platform, transitioning development in-house and enhancing market intelligence features
- Monitor and report on contact data health, flagging issues and maintaining a framework for audience segmentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development, preferably in media or data services
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI report and dashboard development, including DAX and UX design
- Proficient in T-SQL and experienced with cloud data warehouses such as MySQL or BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments and familiarity with CRM reporting structures
