Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Healthcare) will design and maintain AI-assisted dashboards, analyze healthcare data to inform revenue planning, and provide sales operations support to drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted dashboards and executive reporting using BI tools, SQL, and Excel to track sales performance and revenue
- Analyze pipeline and historical data to develop forecasts and insights, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Support the Sales Director team with CRM documentation, sales collateral, and executive presentations that convey data-driven narratives
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or sales operations
- 2-3+ years working in US healthcare or healthcare data/analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics and reporting, with sound judgment for validating AI-generated output
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
