Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end reporting projects, the fully remote Senior Business Intelligence Developer will manage the semantic layer in LookML, define metric standards, and ensure compliance in healthcare reporting, while collaborating with account teams and mentoring teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Own whole reporting projects across pharmacy business lines, from initial request through model building and validation
• Manage the semantic layer in LookML, ensuring metrics are defined accurately and dashboards are built on reliable data models
• Conduct dashboard migrations and ensure client-facing outputs are accurate and compliant with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience building business intelligence with production dashboards, preferably using Looker and LookML
• Proficient in SQL, including advanced functions and data modeling skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, PHI, and HIPAA requirements
• Ability to mentor team members and validate work against source data
• Experience in visualizing data effectively without over-decorating
