Senior Business Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting operational performance and process improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst - CEV/Medicaid/SNAP will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert in public assistance program environments, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery and operations teams through reporting, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and service enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow improvements, automation efforts, and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP, or related operational support environments
- 5+ years of experience supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, and enrollment processes
- Working knowledge of SNAP operations and public assistance programs preferred
- Experience analyzing operational data and preparing reports to identify process improvement opportunities
