Job Summary
Leading multi-workstream initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will shape Zoom's go-to-market operations remotely, translating complex challenges into scalable policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex go-to-market initiatives across Direct and Channel sales, establishing governance and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Drive operational feasibility assessments for new business initiatives, coordinating adjustments with cross-functional partners
- Serve as the primary liaison with Enterprise Systems, ensuring business requirements quality and accountability through delivery and handoff
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, or related roles in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience with Enterprise Systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP) and translating business needs into scalable requirements
- Experience designing governance frameworks and decision rights (RACI) for operational processes
- Strong understanding of commercial policies and process optimization methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
