Senior Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the GTM Business Excellence team, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will evaluate go-to-market initiatives, manage cross-functional workstreams, and translate business requirements into scalable processes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the operational and commercial feasibility of new go-to-market initiatives across Direct and Channel
• Own assigned workstreams within cross-functional initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Design and maintain repositories of key business decisions and commercial policies, ensuring documentation is current and searchable

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years in a relevant role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise GTM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or ERP
• Deep understanding of commercial policies and cross-functional GTM processes
• Strong analytical, root-cause problem-solving, and process mapping skills
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
