Job Summary

To drive operational effectiveness and strategic priorities, the remote Senior Business Operations Manager will partner with Operations leadership to evaluate business challenges, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and improve processes across the organization.

• Evaluate business challenges and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while tracking priorities, risks, and commitments
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or process improvement
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in identifying and improving business processes
• Strong judgment and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
