Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Business Operations Manager will oversee U.S. vaccine logistics operations, optimize distribution networks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. strategic lead for business operations, aligning supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to deliver operational excellence
• Own end-to-end U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy, overseeing 3PL distribution operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Direct pricing governance and contract administration, including government pricing reports and commercial contracts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations and logistics management within the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry
• Strong understanding of FDA, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience in contract management and government pricing submissions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making
• Advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
