Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal teams, the remote Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst will lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects, engaging with stakeholders to assess needs, map processes, and document workflows while leveraging enterprise systems and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and transformation projects from discovery and analysis through design, rollout, and ongoing refinement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, creating actionable project plans for seamless delivery
• Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure projects align with regulatory standards and best practices for process efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project/program management, preferably in healthcare or consulting
• Moderate-level configuration experience with workflow and business systems tools, specifically Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation to produce SOPs
• Demonstrated project leadership experience, managing projects independently across multiple departments
• Versatility and comfort with ambiguity, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
