Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will guide the development of high-value capabilities by defining product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and success criteria to stakeholders and delivery teams
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate needs into clear, value-driven features
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user impact, and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or Agile delivery
• Proven experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and frameworks; certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
