Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement strategies, conduct business process analysis, and implement change management projects in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements and change management initiatives, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Interface with project areas and stakeholders, delivering presentations and training on process measurement and improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- Expertise in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
