Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance process efficiency within Veterans Affairs, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in continuous process improvement, conduct business process analyses, and implement strategic changes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management
- Interface with project areas to ensure compliance and performance quality while providing oversight for quality programs and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Deep hands-on experience with EDIFECS and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions standards
